No Recovery - No Charge !!

In the unlikely event that we are unsuccesful in recovering your data there will be no charge.

Unlike some Companies, we do not levy a "Diagnosis" or " Evaluation" fee. On receipt of your drive we perform an assessment (at no charge to you - read our F.A.Q.) to determine the method of recovery. You will then be contacted and a firm quotation will be given.

In cases where there is physical damage to the drive there will be an additional charge for repairing the drive to the stage where Data Recovery is possible.

DATA RECOVERY CHARGES SLASHED. Until further notice our recovery charges will range between R500.00 and a MAXIMUM of R1750.00 under certain conditions. Contact us for details. Remember that Databak pioneered the "No Recovery - No Charge" policy in South Africa.
