No Recovery - No Charge !!

In the unlikely event that we are unsuccesful in recovering your data there will be no charge.

Unlike some companies, we do not levy a "Diagnosis" or " Evaluation" fee. On receipt of your drive we perform an assessment (at no charge to you - read our F.A.Q.) to determine the method of recovery. You will then be contacted and a firm quotation will be given.

In cases where there is physical damage to the drive there will be an additional charge for repairing the drive to the stage where Data Recovery is possible.
