What are the conditions ?

1) The drive is correctly recognised by the system BIOS. No physical damage to the drive (anything requiring hardware repairs). Our same low charges will still apply but there will be an additional charge for hardware repair.

2) We do not copy the recovered data to CD. The customer supplies another harddrive to copy the recovery to (or we can supply a new drive at a competive price.)

3) We require a list of file extensions that you want recovered.

4) This does not apply to our "Emergency" data recovery option - your job takes it's normal place in the queue.

5) The drive is delivered to us and collected from us. Courier and delivery charges are not included in these prices

6) Our normal data recovery payment conditions apply. See our F.A.Q. page.

We do not levy a "Diagnosis" or " Evaluation" fee for data recovery.
